The Buddhism and Ecology Summit

This summit offered by Tricycle is a series of events featuring renowned authors and climate activists: Christiana Figueres (The Future We Choose-Surviving the Climate Crisis), Paul Hawken (Carbon- The Book of Live) and others. I am also proud to announce that my friend Lin Gordon is participating. On Wednesday 4/23 at 1pm ET, she will be leading a meditation on the Four Elements. This is a donation-based event with a suggested donation of $40.

Earth Day 2025: A Weekend Gathering and Celebration

This celebration is on-line and on-land at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, CA and is spearheaded by James Baraz (Awakening Joy), with Christiana Figueres (The Future We Choose-Surviving the Climate Crisis), also coach and colleague Jessica Serrante (We Are The Great Turning Podcast) and many others including musicians. Donations on a sliding scale.

Climate Coaching: What Is It and Why It Matters-

The Climate Coaching Alliance has been featured in choice- the magazine of professional coaching with two articles in their latest issue titled “Climate Consciousness & Coaching- Making the connection”. The first article is titled “Climate Coaching Alliance- A global coaching movement addressing the climate crisis”. Written by CCA member Alison Maitland, it's a great article to explain who we are and what we do at the Climate Coaching Alliance. The second article titled “Going Upstream- How coaches can make the shift from reacting to shaping a sustainable future” by CCA members Lydia Stevens and Grattan Donnelly, further illustrates why this matters and how we need to embrace a more systemic approach in our coaching.
