+ one-of-a-kind Universe in Verse event, creation of Maria Popova (The Marginalian) and celebration of life through stories of science winged with poetry, held in a majestic outdoor amphitheater surrounded by redwoods on UC Santa Cruz campus, where I discovered among many others the poem Singularity: An Animated Ode to Our Primeval Bond with Nature and Each Other by Marissa Davis, sung by Toshi Reagon

+ The Regenerators course I am taking, where the module this week was Learning from Nature and where we explored what Laura Storm, the class’s instructor, and Giles Hutchins call the seven principles of the logic of life in their book Regenerative Leadership- The DNA of life-affirming 21st century organizations… From all these and more, I am starting to see the emergence of this possible new world, do you? I hope you will have a chance to participate in similarly wonderful celebrations this week-end. And most importantly, I hope that you will get to spend time in Nature and set an intention to make it a practice to do so every day, so that you can create the reciprocity and sacred bond that Robin Wall Kimmerer talks about in the quote at the top of this newsletter.
