As many regions of the world are suffering from debilitating heatwaves this summer, are you still wondering “what’s mine to do?” to help mitigate or adapt to the human caused climate breakdown?
Dr. Katherine K. Wilkinson, co-editor of National Betseller All We Can Save has recently released a new book titled Climate Wayfinding- Healing Ourselves and the Planet We Call Home. Similarly to the All We Can Save anthology, the book is structured to be a support for in-depth personal inquiry in the community of fellow readers.
I invite you to join me and my friend and colleague Kelli Schonher for our Summer book circle. Both Kelli and I have facilitated a number of book circles for All We Can Save over the years.
A book circle, also called a reading group, is a little like a book club, but instead of meeting once after having read the entire book, we’ll meet weekly for 8 weeks, discussing one chapter at a time.
The circle will be held via Zoom on Thursdays from 4:30pm to 5:45pm PT.
Read more about reading groups on the Climate Wayfinding website.
To engage deeply with the topic, the circle is limited to 10 participants. If interested, please sign-up early to reserve your spot. There is no cost to participating. We are looking to get a minimum of 5 participants to hold this series of events.
