WAIVER/ACCEPTANCE OF RISK AND LIABILITY RELEASE *

I am aware that accidents or injuries may occur during this contemplative walking event. I plan to participate in such activities. My participation in such activities is voluntary, and I agree to accept and assume any and all risks of injury or damage. As consideration for being permitted to participate in these activities, I hereby forever release and discharge AMB Coaching, the town of Portola Valley and the property owners on whose land the activities occur and their employees, officers, agents, and contractors from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action that I and my child or children and our assignees, heirs, and legal representatives may have, now or in the future, for injuries or damage that result in whole or in part, from the negligence or other acts or omissions of AMB Coaching, the town of Portola Valley or the property owner(s) or their employees, officers, agents, or contractors arising from or in any way related to my participation in activities sponsored by AMB Coaching.
